I knew there was no way my husband would agree to painting our front door pink but it was still priceless to see his reaction. He may have uttered the words "Not in this lifetime". Haha...
Oh well. I still like it.

We have a pink front door, and I love it! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm laughing as I write this! That's awesome. Your husband's reaction was priceless! I actually think it's really great. But, no man (who is straight) would EVER agree to this look. Oh well, we can enjoy this brave soul's handiwork!
ReplyDeleteOhh Candi, lucky you! Is your home white like in this photo?
ReplyDeleteSparrow's Nest - I did tell him it's just paint and we can always paint over it but he's just not digging it. Maybe I'll try for a blue door. They can look lovely too.
ReplyDeleteMy husband would say the same. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteIf you can find an image of it, Belinda Seper's front door is a gorgeous shade of blue! I think it is at her home in Bowral...saw it in a magazine somewhere.
I can only dream of a pink door too! I'm lucky to even have pink in the house without comments from my Husband!!
ReplyDeleteI would love a pink door!
ReplyDeleteWOW, I love it!
ReplyDeleteFor this home it speaks fabulous! What a gorgeous house. Loving your blog :D
ReplyDeleteOh, I would LOVE to have a pink front door. Unfortunately I live in a townhouse and so the exterior is all governed by Strata, but I'm hoping if I install one of those security screen doors that you can't see through, nobody would know about my pink front door! So tempting!
ReplyDeletei like it too, i would definitely have a pink door if i could!
ReplyDeleteI have a husband who is so secure in his manhood that he said, "of course you can have a pink door, and I will even paint it for you." He is 6'3". 210 lbs, and was a football coach. The color is Pressed Flower by Behr. My house is a dark grey Cape Cod.
ReplyDeleteGoing pink door color today.Time to menopause-motivated paint color that I have wanted for over 20 years. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is creative, bold, calming, pensive. It is time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
