My mood has been calling for black and white lately but I couldn't resist adding a little colour with these red shoes for the shot. I have worn the shoes here before too.
I paired the dress with flats this week but think it might look nice with heels too for a summer evening out. An easy throw-it-on-and-rush-out-the-door dress that I like.
Have you got plans for the weekend? I would love to hear what you are up to.

That outfit? Is perfect. You look stunning!!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorably sweet outfit! Those red shoes are lust worthy.
ReplyDeleteOur weekend is lunch with out of town friends, followed by a birthday party for my son's 4 yr old mate then some gardening on sunday.
Enjoy your weekend.
Do you know that your wardrobe is totally inspiring me to lose weight? I gained 20 pounds in the last 6 months (argh!) and I am sooooo going to lose it to buy awesome clothes like yours! Heck! I might even get to my goal weight. Love this number!
ReplyDeleteLove the dress would look cute with flats and sexy with heels. This weekend couch shopping now that the huge job of painting walls and staining floors is done!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous as usual and I know what you mean about black, white and a splash of red...my recent color combo obsession! Also, I wanted to let you know that you were my inspiration to start to photograph my own wardrobe. I have been doing a
ReplyDelete"what to wear wednesdays" for months, where I would highlight my favorite outfit from a local consignment store, but now I also photograph my own second-hand clothes. I want to share with everyone that it is easy to build a wardrobe out of used clothing. Here is a link if you are interested... http://freshquince.blogspot.com/2011/01/what-to-wear-wednesdays.html
Hope you like it and thanks for being my inspiration, but I must say you have a much better home to photograph in and your clothes are divine! xx Danielle
I really love this dress and my favourite colour is red so these shoes love. You really have great taste!!
ReplyDeleteI've had a mad love affair with black, red and white for many years, so much so that my work sometimes appear to have a theme when not related at all.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fab outfit, love it!

Hi Tracy, forgive me for the late reply! I bought it from a little store near my work that sells closed really cheaply. Can't quite remember the name of it but I think the dress cost me around $20!
